Miners Pasty Kitchen

These are the best pasties in Munising!! They are so flavorful compared to other pasties. The dough and crust is amazing and the options are unbeatable!!!! We love that there are random new flavors each day. We ate these 2x/week for 3 weeks during our stay in town and also tried all the other pasty places but always came back to Miner’s. We took our pasties to Grand Island and reheated them over a fire, which was the best lunch break! One criticism we have is that the sausage needs to be cooked all the way through better or chopped into smaller chunks when cooking. I would recommend Miners Pasty to everyone who is visiting or passed through Munising!

First time trying pasties, my friend had the chicken pastie and I had the vegan one. They were very flavorful, and simply delicious. The lady that served us took her time to tell us about the area and what to see there. Overall, the service and the food were excellent.

This is the BEST place to go to get pasties in the UP!! Every year when I come up here I always have to swing by no matter how far my hotel is because they are that good!! They taste so fresh every time. I’ve been to some other places but no one can top Miners!!! I also want to point out your guy’s hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed

Miners Pasties are hands down the best pasties in the UP as we tried a few. The yooper pasty was amazing. My one daughter who is a vegan appreciated the vegan option and enjoyed it immensely. Crusts are flavorful and flaky. The owner, Pam makes the pasties herself. Both ladies were so friendly and welcoming! Don’t pass this place up in Munising, you won’t be disappointed!

The gentleman at the register was delightful, welcoming and gave great recommendations. We are traveling from FL and kept seeing signs for these "pasty's" and decided to stop. He recommended the original one which we got and it was great!

I really don't like pasties at all but I keep trying them to prove myself wrong. This is the best one I have had as a born and raised Michigander. 5 stars all around though. place is cute and service was great. Still don't like pasties lol.

Decided we needed to try a pasty as we were driving through. This little shop did not disappoint. Great service the Philly cheesesteak pasty was amazing. The chicken one was just OK. But the ice cream was even better! Highly recommend a visit.

I’d never had a pasty (or heard of it) until I was driving through Upper Michigan and was told I should try it. Miners Pasty Kitchen in Munsining was a great place to check out this Yooper dish—easy to find, friendly and helpful staff, and the food was delicious! Great cole slaw, too!
